This is a serious breaking news for me- I will join with an art exhibition to the very special show prepared together by Vultures Industries and Happy Gorilla Dance Company , under the name of “Turning Golem”. My exhibition, as a part of thsi event, will be entitled “The Clay Is People!” and even , probably, at the first reading it has no connection with the “Turning Golem” concept, well, in fact it has, and actually a very strong one. The main story is about how a man can turn into a “golem” just because of the sick society around him – a visual metaphor of how his soul is “swallowed” into a Frankenstein made out of senseless words and evil crafted consciously or unconsciously by people around, through their animalic ways of ascending the society pyramid, at all possible levels.
All in all, Turning Golem is a bigger artistic project, based on the collaboration of Vultures Industries, Happy Gorilla Dance Company and me and the results will be presented for the first time in Bergen, on October 25, 2013. One night Only! Be There!
