I think is not a secret anymore for my best friends that Warning – “Watching From Distance” is the best doom metal record in my opinion. The 40 Watt Sun – “The Inside Room” is at least emotionally equal for my ears so the chance of illustrating their music was a huge moment in my life. I tried as my best to translate into images the immense emotion and poetry that forms the huge sonic temple of 40 Watt Sun, and I hope I succeeded…at least from my point I did it, as I buried in this artwork something very heavy and personal.
You have no idea how happy I am to see this band again live, 2 years after, at the same Roadburn festival…
